My recent calendar Literatur Bodensee 2018, published by Stadler Verlag, Konstanz won two prices at the prestigious gregor calendar award 2018.

Silver of the gregor publisher calendar award at the Buchmesse Frankfurt and the gregor photo calendar award at Stuttgart.

What the jury said: „The wall calendar shows in 26 wonderfully calm black and white pictures the different moods of Lake Constance. Pure photos, almost like poetry, recorded by Thomas Bichler from Unteruhldingen. Everything is in a quiet flow, wide, gentle surfaces, reduction to individual elements. His focus is on the seemingly insignificant, fish traps far out in the water, fog, stones on the shore, a jetty, migratory birds. You instinctively feel like going on a trip to the lake.“
