General terms and conditions

The registration by email to info@seeundberge.de becomes binding after sending the confirmation of registration by email and after the 14-day objection period. The date of registration is decisive. The resignation has to be written. After the objection period has expired, the participant will receive an invoice by post.

The payment for courses with models the full course fee must be credited to the specified bank account no later than 30 days before the course begins. No refund is possible. If the course fee is not received before the start of the course or if the participant does not show up for the date, the full course fee is still payable. If a participant cannot take part, a substitute can be named in consultation.

For landscape photography courses, the course price must be paid no later than the date specified in the invoice. The contract can be canceled up to 14 days before the date. In this case, course prices already paid will be reimbursed with a retention fee of 50%. If the participant does not show up for the appointment or does not receive a written cancellation notice, the full course price must be paid.

If workshops fail to occur(e.g. the minimum number of participants has not been reached up to 30 days before the appointment, the lecturer has been ill for a short time), the course fee will be refunded in full and non-cash. Further claims or claims for damages due to failure to come about can expressly not be asserted (e.g. costs for booked travel / overnight stays). Necessary location changes or model changes or reasonable deviations from the schedule (e.g. termination in bad weather) do not entitle to a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.

The course fee only includes the fees for the instructor and model, incl. the right to use the resulting image data for non-commercial / non-commercial purposes. A separate model contract is concluded between the course participant and the model in the language of the model (usually German / English). All prices include the applicable statutory value added tax. Not included are costs of arrival and departure, transfers, accommodation and meals.

Liability: Participation in workshops and coaching, as well as travel to the course location, is at your own risk. No liability is assumed for physical and financial damage, unless the damage is based on willful or grossly negligent behavior on the part of the speaker. It is expressly pointed out that all workshops / coachings take place in nature. Appropriate physical fitness, care and equipment are required.

Additional agreements are only valid in writing. The place of performance for both sides is Radolfzell am Bodensee. The place of jurisdiction is Radolfzell am Bodensee. It is understood that the law of the Federal Republic of Germany is applied.
