STÜBERTANZ

»Stüber« is a common Swiss expression for a waterfall, falling from high above, fading while reaching the ground. But to be honest, these waterfalls in the »Appenzeller Alps« don‘t fade in any way. They are powerful, thundering, impressive and intimidating masses of freezing cold water, coming from high up off the mountains. It‘s not easy to work at such a place, impossible to communicate with each other but it is a fascinating experience of nature in a mostly complete seclusion.
